This guy...

This is the guy who stares at me all the time.  I fins him to be exceptionally rude and creepy.  Every day he.wears this blue outfit.  A long blue shirt over what I will describe as "mc hammer" pants and hotel slippers.  He's rude to the staff and his room is right next to mine.  Everytime I leave or enter my room he opens his door to see who it is.  The epitome of a lurker.  I don't like him.
