Forgot my alarm

I forgot to turn on my alarm this morning.  I got up 1/2 hour late.  Not a big deal since I usually have time to sit around before my driver gets to the hotel.  I got ready, went down to breakfast.  Ate frosted flakes, tea and apple juice.  I ended up kindly sharing my table with an older french couple.  They each ate 3 croissants for breakfast.  Not tiny croissants, 3 large croissants.  I can't imagine eating that much bread for breakfast.  They weren't very talkative table companions.  Also, since they were there I couldn't liberate one of the tea spoons for use at work.  Obviously, I'm not a professional liberator.  (Damn it, I had a whole scenario written out and accidentally deleted it...I'm over it now.)

I have a busy day coming up.  Confined Space entry evaluation, leadership meeting, lots of paperwork and a conference call with the US starting around 4:30.  Then, 6pm we're off to the Embassy.  I'm bummed I can't take pictures while there, but I understand security.
