BTW - the plant is expecting new chairs at the end of the month. There is an acknowledged defect in the plastic by the manufacturer. The hardness of the plastic isn't what it should be. So, it's not just my large arse that's the problem. I'm also a chair wiggler and the friction between the floor and the wheel is a problem. I just can't go through a chair a week. It's beyond embarassing. At least this time it didn't make a huge cracking noise and alert everyone. In fact, I was the only one that heard/noticed it. Until I had to tell Dinara to order me another chair. Sigh. I'm working on it. I promise. I'm also working on the fidgeting and wiggling in my chair. They're just so uncomfortable on my back. I'd rather have a non-rolling chair than this thing.
FYI - they were able to repair the chair. I now have a new wheel.
