Loyal readers....

Food poisoning or stomach flu.  Either way its awful.  I nearly passed out due to a hot flash, the room was spinning and I laid down on the bathroom floor.  I couldn't stay there though due to the issue of expelling things from both ends.  
My computer still isn't unlocked due to my rapid exit from the plant.  I'm better now, but probably not going in tomorrow.  I see a day on the phone with tech support.  

Anyway, sorry for the TMUS, but I need some time to gather myself.  I hope you all had a better mo.day than I.
