No, Really?

This was in my email this morning.  It makes me smile, but it's so sad that we have to send out warning messages to office chair users.  :)  No wonder my back hurts at the end of the day, I'm so scared about my chair I don't move/wiggle/relax all day.  Gotta love this stuff.

Presently our office chairs are not performing to our expectations! The manufacturer has agreed to modifications that will improve the chairs durability. In the mean time, it is important to recognize proper use of the chairs to avoid any personal injury.

1.) Do not throw your body into the chair as you sit down, carefully sit into the chair at all times.

2.) Do not spin around in your chair, keep both feet on the ground and turn only as far as necessary to complete your task.
3.) Do not lean back in your chair with excessive pressure, use the back rest just for support.
4.) Do not loosen any of the hardware yourself, check to make sure all the hardware is as tight as possible.
5.) Inspect your chair regularly before using it. Look at the wheels, the base, and the back for any damage.
6.) Report your problems to WFG immediately if you have damage.
