Alrighty, this week has FLOWN by. Tomorrow night, D and I will be on an old Soviet plane headed to Khiva. I'll be (over) packing tonight and bring my things to work tomorrow. I'm not sure about cell service there, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to update until I get back Monday morning. I'll be spending Easter with D's family, although they don't celebrate Easter. It's still nice to get out of the city and be with someone's family. Pretty sure my brother is going somewhere as well, he's roasting a 20 LB. ham. I've asked him 3 times where he's going for Easter but has yet to tell me. (HINT). Pretty sure all his extra time is devoted to our Spain trip. :)
Onto another topic, I was talked into reporting my missing Coach clutch purse. So, I talked to the front desk this morning and she said she'd check with housekeeping, but that's about it. I was able to tell her the last time I used it, March 2nd. (Marine House) and where I last saw it. But, couldn't tell her when it was first missing. I'm also missing 2 pairs of white socks. I'm sure they're lost in the laundry room or were given to the wrong room. Or, could have been eaten by the elusive laundry fairy that steals socks at home too. Anyway. I'm sure nothing will come of it.
Also, with M's prodding, I will move to another hotel. She's decided to pursue contracts with a couple of the other area hotels and will use me as incentive. 2 months is big money for these hotels. Especially with room service, laundry services, etc. We also have people that come in and out of Uzbekistan and stay 2+ weeks all the time. Also, new ISPs usually stay in a hotel for a month or two until their homes are ready. So, it's huge business. I will tour 3 hotels today with Yore and make my selection. After the prostitution raid and then my clutch missing M has had it with where I'm staying now. I could care less, but a change in scenery is welcomed.
